The Digital QA Analyst is responsible for managing all activities necessary to ensure Stuller.com and its supporting systems are working well in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with all other systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review all new features and designs to ensure functionality, performance, and usability
Review all new code checked into production against a checklist to ensure functionality and security
Test all new website features across browsers and platforms
Database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procs, jobs, and triggers
Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
Research, analyze, and document issues encountered by customers and verify fixes
Entering, tracking, and communicating all issues that require follow up
Review dashboards and analytics to find potential issues and identify areas of improvement
Resolve minor and some major data issues
Research new technologies and tools to improve systems and workflow
Qualifications:
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
Comfortable with C#, HTML, and JavaScript
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications
Excellent communication skills in order to liaison between development, customers, and management
Strong Customer Service and detail orientation
Ability to work independently, across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
