  • Placement of digital media using Facebook Business Manager, Google, Bing, LinkedIn and programmatic radio
  • Keep informed of relevant issues affecting digital advertising and industry trends
  • Develop campaign strategy with account team and Senior Media Buyers for campaign deployment
  • Communicate media strategy and plans to clients 
  • Track billing of media plans through media buying software
  • Monitor paid media placements to ensure accuracy and effectiveness; work on optimizations to ensure goal completions based off of KPIs
  • Provide strategic allocation recommendations for client budgets and maintain expenditures 
  • Keep detailed records of media purchases, and report on expenses and schedules related to media buys
  • Reporting on a monthly basis for all digital placements
  • Manage all aspects of invoicing for media, including invoice reconciliation and posting
  • Develop and recommend client KPIs and other success metrics and ability to clearly present findings
  • Develop and maintain clear attribution models for integrated efforts
  • Complete competitive audits for assigned clients across digital assets
  • Support the lead strategist with research, analysis and reporting in related areas, such as market research, target segmentation and media strategy
  • Promote team-building and share digital best practices with other planning team members to improve BBR’s competency

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or 3-5 years experience in digital media buying 
  • Candidates must be available to work 40 hrs/week
  • Knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Hybrid work environment of in-office and work from home


  • Knowledge of syndicated tools used by media buyers, including systems like FreeWheel (formerly Strata), Media Force and comScore 
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Certifications in Google Display and Video and Facebook
