  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Stuller's digital marketing strategy through research, execution, and analysis focused on driving E-commerce growth through search engine marketing.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Display and Video Advertising, Site Search Optimization, and Analysis and Reporting. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, measure, and optimize targeted Paid Search, Google Display, and YouTube ads 
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies 
  • Offer recommendations to optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting on competitor research  
  • Conduct extensive keyword research to produce effective paid campaigns and content 
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute ongoing Search Engine Optimization efforts for Stuller, Inc. websites to drive organic traffic 
  • Build high-quality links from industry-relevant websites 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and inform other stakeholders of the required changes 
  • Analysis and reporting of SEO and SEM efforts 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, CRM, Strategic Analysis, and others 
  • Maintain a continuous learning approach to the position, always seeking new, effective methods 
  • Other tasks as needed 
  • Reports to the Director of Digital Marketing 



  • Mid-level experience with Digital Marketing implementation and best practices, including the following: 
    • Search Engine Marketing 
    • Search Engine Optimization 
    • Display and Video Advertising 
    • Link Building  
    • Content Marketing 
    • Audience List Management 
    • Conversion Rate Optimization 
    • Digital Marketing Reporting and Analysis using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush 
  • Candidates must possess the following: 
    • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing 
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
    • Analytical approach to problem-solving 
    • Extreme attention to detail 
    • A desire to collaborate with others 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Informatics, or relevant field preferred 

Additional Experience a Plus: 

  • Applicable knowledge of EXCEL, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript 
  • Landing Page Development
