• Looking for a passionate, aspiring digital marketer whose love for digging into the details is surpassed only by their insatiable desire for learning and growth.
• The Digital Marketing Coordinator will join Stuller's powerhouse digital marketing team supporting our Digital Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Automation Specialist.
• Responsibilities will include email marketing support, customer list building, tracking and tagging of marketing campaigns, reporting and analysis, and marketing automation support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Entry-to-mid-level experience with opportunities for learning and growth in the following:

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and uncover inspiration across industries to help improve Stuller’s customer communications
• Manage scheduling and email launches using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Perform final email review and make edits accordingly
• Update stakeholders using online channels about email marketing initiatives
• Manage reporting for both email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
• Pioneer initiatives to organize our systems and processes in Marketing Cloud
• Help develop A/B tests for manual email sends and journey automation using advanced marketing tools
• Actively triage customer needs by working with teams throughout the building to resolve issues with our communication systems
• Monitor interactive form results, journey errors, and more using tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and review tracking codes for email links
• Support with our customer website notification systems
• Support with SMS and MMS text notification systems

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Entry-to-mid-level experience with aspirations to grow in email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, informatics, or relevant field preferred
  • Thorough executor with a keen eye for detail
  • Figure it out mentality
  • Passion for learning
  • A collaborative approach to work
