  • The ability to satisfactorily adhere to company attendance policies.
  • Ongoing development, expansion and integration of digital data capture via Google Analytics and custom website tracking methods.
  • Collaboration with Enterprise Analytics and Data Engineering to develop new reporting mechanisms.
  • Creation and expansion of automated reporting with varying degrees of frequency.
  • Refinement of Stuller's existing Google Analytics (free version) installation, and preparation for moving to an enterprise-grade, paid analytics solution for the future (TBD).
  • Analyze the impact of Google Ad campaigns on traffic and purchase behavior.
  • Analyze the impact of Social Media Marketing, and 3rd Party Native Ads on traffic and purchases.
  • Trend analysis and reporting of e-Commerce Site Search behavior.
  • Analysis of automated Product Recommendations interaction and impact.
  • Reporting of onsite Banner Advertising engagement, and Category Browsing behavior.
  • Segmented reporting on various digital interactions by customer type.
  • Creation of informative dashboards using Google Analytics, MicroStrategy (BI), SQL and more.
  • Presentation of learnings from your analysis to internal stakeholders via Powerpoint, in-person and remote meetings.
  • Reports to Digital Marketing Manager


  • The ability to quickly identify trends in data, and translate that data into digestible formats.
  • SQL experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is crucial.
  • The ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations across multiple e-Commerce and Digital disciplines.
  • Great presentation skills. The ability to command the attention of a room full of people with compelling, actionable information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. You must be able to adjust your communications style for a variety of audiences.
  • The ability to establish, commit to, and execute deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Systems, MIS/Informatics preferred, but not required. Or 3 - 5 years in e-Commerce Operations environment.
  • A desire to learn, as well as teach others.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of knowledge with Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and BI Tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
  • Intermediate experience with Digital Advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and more.
  • Intermediate experience with Google Tag Manager
