We are looking for a Service Specialist for a dynamic & high-performing Diamonds & Gemstone Department at Stuller.
Service Specialist will be responsible for servicing clients to assist in growing their business over the phone, email, and via web-based presentations.
You will be responsible for servicing diamond and gemstone customers with WORLD CLASS customer service to build lasting relationships and retention of their business.
The ideal candidate has a history of outstanding customer service, great personality and a love to assist and problem solve to maintain a lasting relationship.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Outbound calls on consignment inventory.
Quote on open sales opportunities through the process until sale is confirmed.
Respond to issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the Stuller reputation.
Collaborate with sales teams to assure exceptional service for all account bases.
Provide world class service for incoming calls on ACD line.
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM system.
Assist in maintaining daily inventory.
Maintain positive synergy between D&G inventory control, buying, & QA teams to maximize sales opportunities.
