  • Shadow Customer Success Managers as they deepen relationships with a portfolio of charter schools and small district partners to drive renewals, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Create and configure district sites to match  (no tech background necessary)
  • Give strategic demonstrations and product overviews related to specific features or customer use cases
  • Join in check-ins with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Design and execute support articles for the Whetstone Knowledge Base 
  • Responsively design, execute, and test walkthrough training to improve our self-guided training option.
  • Collaborate alongside the Customer Success team to analyze and improve team processes for client outreach and onboarding. 

 


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a BA or BS program
  • Available to work 10-15 hours per week through the summer and fall
  • Passion for improving education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, persistent, and assertive
  • Enthusiastic lifelong learner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in technology and how a product works
