  • Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of charter schools and small district partners to drive renewals, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Onboard new clients assisting with site configurations to ensure each client’s software solution is aligned to their specific processes and goals (no tech background necessary)
  • Give strategic demonstrations and product overviews related to specific features or customer use cases
  • Conduct user training 
  • Develop a trusted adviser relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors by conducting regular check-ins
  • Proactively monitor customer adoption, usage activity, and client health in Totango
  • Responsively design and execute resources to proactively support clients with common issues or requests.
  • Execute exceptional customer support as a point of escalation for tech support
  • Act as the voice of the customer and bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customer back to product development, marketing and executive team
  • Drive new business growth through advocacy and referrals
  • Strategize independently and alongside the Customer Success team to improve team processes. Fresh ideas are welcome!


  • BA or BS degree or higher
  • 2-3 years experience in account management or customer success role at a technology company
  • K-12 classroom experience is a huge benefit, but not a requirement
  • Experience developing strategies to increase the adoption of technology solutions
  • Passion for improving education
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire others
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional results
  • Self-driven, persistent, and assertive
  • Enthusiastic lifelong learner
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of technology and how a product works
