Shadow Customer Success Managers as they deepen relationships with a portfolio of charter schools and small district partners to drive renewals, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction

Create and configure district sites to match  (no tech background necessary)

Give strategic demonstrations and product overviews related to specific features or customer use cases

Join in check-ins with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Design and execute support articles for the Whetstone Knowledge Base 

Responsively design, execute, and test walkthrough training to improve our self-guided training option.

Collaborate alongside the Customer Success team to analyze and improve team processes for client outreach and onboarding. 


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a BA or BS program
  • Available to work 10-15 hours per week through the summer and fall
  • Passion for improving education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, persistent, and assertive
  • Enthusiastic lifelong learner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in technology and how a product works
