  • Handle Customer Service calls, which entails, assisting customers, researching various situations, and resolving them
  • Communicate with customers when orders are backordered or shipments are delayed
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of results and any planned adjustments
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
  • Take and handle calls regarding complaints, problems, quality of product, delivery, etc.
  • Manage all inbound and external customer calls and email inquiries.
  • Maintain salesforce cases and cross functional work with multiple departments pertaining to customer experience. 
  • Establish, develop, and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships within the department. 
  • Cancels and returns – reconciliation of inventory resulting from unshipped sales orders and work in process lines.


  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills  
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) 
  • Oracle, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
