  • The Customer Experience team is looking for a customer-centric, hardworking, and analytical teammate for the Segment Management team.
  • The CX Assistant Segment Manager will be responsible for assisting the Segment Management Team in analyzing and growing each customer segment.
  • In addition, this position will be immersed in customer data helping to tell Stuller customers’ stories, while aiding in the creation of personalized service experiences, and cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams and our customers.
  • This is all to drive revenue growth while providing the optimal customer experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a significant understanding of the Stuller customer base
  • Identify high potential customers and potential customers for proactive sales outreach
  • Proactive outreach to customers to discuss their business, successes, insights, and feedback
  • Monitor purchasing patterns of each segment and like customers within each segment
  • Execute customer performance analytics utilizing reporting mechanisms such as MicroStrategy and Salesforce
  • Identify sales opportunities for growth into additional product categories (entanglement); execute segment value propositions
  • Assist with development and execution of various segmented strategies
  • Partner with marketing on Customer Experience targeted marketing strategies  
  • Research and collect customer data to achieve 100% clean data around our customers
  • Partner with the CX Sales Operations team to offer support throughout project completion
  • Use varied methods of communication with customers: Phone, WebEx, On-Site Hosting, and Email
  • Establish relationships with the Proactive Sales team to ensure an integrated experience for customers
  • Capture customer information utilizing Salesforce and assist in maximizing use by sales team members
  • Be comfortable with presenting of customer/segment stories in front of larger audiences
  • Partner with Events team to execute strategies specific to individual customer segments
  • Attend Stuller-sponsored events such as Bridge, Bench Workshop, and/or Market events.



  • 1-3 years of previous sales and/or customer experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to maintain and complete ongoing projects
  • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic
  • Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including pivot table
  • Salesforce™ experience preferred or experience with other CRM software system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including oral presentations
  • Ability to work cross functionally across the organization to motivate others
  • Professional business presence and acumen
