Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Write high-engagement copy that portrays our brand voice for various print and digital mediums: blog posts, brochures, magazines, emails, web pages, web banners, package inserts, letters, print ads, product names and descriptions, and more
  • Conduct product, customer, and industry research
  • Participate in planning meetings and interview Stuller customers/associates to tell stories and to gather information for projects
  • Help contribute to the strategy and story of various marketing campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with various departments outside Marketing, including Merchandising, Customer Experience, HR, Events, CAD/CAM Services, Gemvision, and more
  • Ensure copy tasks are in line with the project’s goals and target audience and are completed on time
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks with short timelines
  • Proof and edit copy
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our target audiences, their needs, and their behaviors.


Qualifications (experience, education, training, required skills & abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field 
  • Ideally has experience in writing for both B2B and B2C brands
  • Has an excellent grasp of content creation, writing, storytelling, editing, and grammar
  • Experience in writing both short- and long-form copy
  • Can proficiently write in both technical and creative styles
  • Familiarity with AP Style is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Can work independently and with a highly collaborative team
  • Has excellent verbal, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Is comfortable emailing and speaking on the phone with Stuller customers and associates
  • Is excited to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and industry
