The Contracts and Proposals Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for administrative 

support to the overall contract and proposal administration.


Some responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the coordination and review of Master Service Agreements 
  • Assist in the review of terms and conditions in solicitations and proposed contracts 
  • Review of compliance portals including ISN Networld, Veriforce, and PEC 
  • File, scan, and save documents in CRM database


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience – government and municipality sectors a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a proficiency in organizational skills and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
