Position Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our team.
- The Change Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of changes to our client’s processes, systems, and culture.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and culture
- Assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate training and communication plans
- Develop and deliver training to employees to ensure understanding and adoption of changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change initiatives
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to changes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management plans and adjust as needed
Qualifications:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Our Federal customer requires that all applicants be eligible to work in the United States and be eligible for a Public Trust level clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, but will consider additional experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in change management, preferably in a large organization
- Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
