Position Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our team.
• The Change Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of changes to our client’s processes, systems, and culture.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and culture
• Assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate training and communication plans
• Develop and deliver training to employees to ensure understanding and adoption of changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change initiatives
• Identify and manage risks and issues related to changes
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management plans and adjust as needed

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Our Federal customer requires that all applicants be eligible to work in the United States and be eligible for a Public Trust level clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, but will consider additional experience in lieu of education
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in change management, preferably in a large organization
• Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
