  • Remove parts from all machines and continue the que
  • Clean, cure, and process resins to move to wax
  • Answer Oracle questions regarding WIP and general work flow throughout the production process
  • Assist all areas of the value stream with Oracle, DAS, Web, It, and WIP issues
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues throughout the value stream
  • Research jobs left in the wax alley and dashboard daily
  • Create replacement jobs to insure quick recovery from recasts and keep track of the recast log
  • Create same day cast requests for urgent orders
  • Assist CAM Customer Care when needed answering questions regarding jobs
  • Assist IQA in identifying jobs
  • Courier of Wip jobs and product throughout the building
  • Open packages/product and log to disperse to the department
  • Prepare incoming 3C and CAM tickets for all builds
  • Prepare resin samples for shipping
  • Log fails in a data load
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photo copying, faxing, filing, organization, and cleanliness of work areas
  • Attendance- the ability to adhere to the department attendance policies
  • Associates are to exemplify outstanding work ethics and promote a positive work environment
  • Understanding of the CAD/CAM process


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Browse through multiple file paths required
  • Decision making skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Stuller products and procedures
  • Team player
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi task oriented
