  • The Associate Creative Fabrication Specialist is responsible for the development needed to offer new machined products into the Stuller offering.
  • This individual will be responsible for demonstrating high levels of technical ability, working in a collaborative environment with our product development team.
  • You will be required to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment as well as providing the essential link to the production team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the PDD CAD Director, the 'Fabrication Specialists' primary goal is to ensure a consistent flow of new product concepts within the MTO area.
  • Working in conjunction with the design team you will interpret sketched concepts into product samples.
  • Provide technical direction and know how to meet price objectives of new designs.
  • Working as part of the development team you will research and develop opportunities to help grow Stuller’s Wedding Band Assortment.
  • Liaising with the production team you will ensure that proper interpretation of designs are executed into actual samples.
  • Provide detailed specification information of bill of materials.
  • Procure raw materials as needed to meet design requirements.
  • Ensure the manufacturability of new products developed.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to train associates related to new product processes.
  • Ensure the on time delivery of product samples for review meetings



  • 1-2 years Experience in the use of CNC and Manual machining equipment for the fabrication of jewelry
  • Familiar in the use of CNC and Manual machining equipment for the fabrication of Wedding Bands
  • Familiar in the use of Laser marking/cutting fabrication equipment.
  • An eye for detail and design are essential for this role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Familiar with CAD modeling and rendering



  • High school diploma or equivalent
