Technical Support:

  • Provide extended coverage when business needs require.
  • Basic tablet (Android) knowledge
  • Speak with customers via phone to diagnose their issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support end-users in addition to IT department team members.
  • Stay current with knowledge of related technologies, designs, methods, and trends.
  • Participate in on-call schedule and provides after-hours support as needed.


Job Requirements

  • MDM (Samsung Knox preferred) experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Work closely with the technology team to deploy test and deploy updates.
  • Document known issues and escalate them as needed
  • Update customer facing documentation
  • IT Help Desk Experience


  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent Commutation Skills
