The Administrative Assistant will greet visitors and provide general administrative support to our employees. The Administrative Assistant should have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle additional duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant/Office Manager. The hours for this position will primarily be 12:15 P.M. – 5:00 P.M., with some flexibility required.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greeting and checking-in visitors
  • Collating and distributing mail
  • Providing general support to visitors and staff
  • Sending correspondence and packages via Fed-Ex and USPS


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented with a proficiency in organizational skills and time management
  • Effective oral and written communication with a strong suit in interpersonal skills
  • Six months of administrative/office experience
