The role of an Accounts Receivable Associate is to perform accounting tasks such as accurately posting payments to customer accounts, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
You will be working in programs such as, Oracle Tracking System, Salesforce, Bank/Credit Card Terminal and Stuller.com.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling cash payments
Answer ACD calls
Answer customer's questions regarding their account
Open, sort and distribute incoming US mail.
Process post various types of incoming mail (UPS, Federal Express, and USPS)
Support Receivable Specialist in gathering information
Check your Stuller corporate email account to attain and communicate important company information
Required to complete computer-based training periodically
Other duties as assigned

Strong math skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
A keen eye for detail
