We are currently recruiting for a: Staff Accountant Job Description: The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with all tasks involved with issuing monthly financial statements, financial data analysis, and assisting with cash flow management. This position will also assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department ensuring all billing and collections are handled accurately and timely. Responsible For: Preparing general journal entries Preparing monthly bank reconciliations Assist with the financial monthly close Book cash transaction entries Analyzing financial data and preparing reports Accounting for subsidiary companies Assist in other areas of accounting as needed Assist in financial audits Assist with related special projects, as needed Maintain an orderly filing system for general journals, bank reconciliations, and other accounting documents in accordance with the file retention policy Minimum Training, Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent educational training or business experience may be accepted) Minimum 3 years experience necessary Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook is necessary. Great Plain software. Able to effectively interface with internal and external customers Must be able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion Able to understand business principles and apply them accordingly Able to work independently and on a team within a fast-paced environment Demonstrate good judgment while managing projects, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and proactive Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills Excellent written/verbal communication skills High level of accountability and flexibility High level of self-confidence, professional grooming and demeanor, positive, self-starter and high degree of emotional stamina Open and willing to receive and give constructive critique Strong analytical and quantitative skills Ability to work overtime/weekends when needed. Spanish speaking a plus/travel to other company locations may be required.

Salary Range: 40-60K


Qualifications:
