The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a full-time position that acts as a liasion, provides product/service information, and works to resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might encounter. This role manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries and identifies customers' needs to achieve a positive experience for our clients and customers.

Responsibilities of the CSR will include:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a highly professional customer service arena
- Minimum 3-5 years call center environment preferred
- Experience in managing online retail stores preferred
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in Excel, email, Internet, QuickBooks and working with general office equipment
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, especially for online retail stores
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of writing and grammar skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to create a positive experience for our customers
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with college degrees in English, Marketing, or related areas of study
