LEDA Virtual Job Fair


Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.

In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.

Position: Mobile Expert

We are looking for an energetic sales representative that possesses a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience. In this role you’ll hone professional sales techniques and learn about the technology T-Mobile offers as you build the customers relationships.
Developing positive long-term customer relationships
Utilizing consultative selling skills to solve customer problems and/or meet their needs
Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Assisting with and participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location
Maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including the back room, restrooms and individual work areas according to the retail store standards
Using store displays and interactive devices effectively to enhance the customer experience
Computing sales prices, total purchases and processing cash or credit payments
Keeping abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology
Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools

High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience required
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
Submit all transactions on a daily basis.
1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
Representatives must be able to work 930 to 630 Monday to Friday for the 1st three weeks to complete required training. After training is completed, scheduling is flexible. Great job for college students!
Retail Sales Representatives are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives
