LEDA Virtual Job Fair


Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.

In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.

Position: Jr Business Intelligence Analyst (CGI)


• Carry out analysis and validation of Customer Data prior to processing using existing data models within an industry standard data modeling suite.

• Apply existing knowledge and internal best practice to build on existing data models to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, constraints and accuracy of output.

• Accurately enhance customer data using proprietary techniques, systems, and existing data library.

• Create, adapt and develop Customer Dashboards to ensure that all available information is displayed aesthetically whilst ensuring accuracy and understandability.

• Consult with departments across the company to understand, document and analyze business requirements that drive the development and design of technical reports

• Provide background to assist in the development of data models

• Assist in source data identification, data quality definition, transformation, summarization processes, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance

• Other duties may be assigned.


• Extraordinary analytical skills: ability to analyze and resolve complex problems in a structured and logical manner

• Experience of working with a BI tool eg. Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Power BI

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in SQL

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skill with strong verbal and written communications skills.

• Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision

• Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales.

• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Accounting, or Statistics.


• 0-3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities and techniques (working side-by-side with government counterparts).
