Support Analyst - Posted 7/23/2010 ATC Associates is seeking to fill their Support Analyst position. A Support Analyst 1) Consults with users to determine software and system functional specifications; 2) Documents and determines user's needs and communicates these needs to technical experts; 3) Provides technical support for hardware, applications, operating and network systems; 4) Interacts with users to provide in-depth skilled support above and beyond the basic Help Desk/PC Support technician level; 5) Analyzes and makes decisions about difficulty of support issues in problem-solving tracking ticket queue and assigns request to appropriate technicians. 6) Solicits relevant information from users in order to sufficiently resolve non-routing problems and effectively communicates the solution back to users; 7) Uses independent judgment with limited supervision to resolve various support issues; 8) Identifies trends and makes suggestions for improving existing and future IT operations. Qualifications: -Associates or Bachelor's Degree. A+ Certification, MCP, MCSE a definite plus. LEDA Virtual Job Fair Background: LEDA hosts the annual LEDA Job Fair each year in August. The LEDA Job Fair is the largest job recruitment event in all of Acadiana. In the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita, LEDA launched the Virtual LEDA Job Fair in a show of solidarity with our sister city, New Orleans, and neighboring Acadiana parishes.
