LEDA Virtual Job Fair


Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.

In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.

Position: Director of Operations and Industry Relations

      A motivated self-starter with strong management and organizational skills is critical. Attention to detail with the ability and creativity to quickly adapt and think on your feet is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines is essential. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required. Proven ability to work independently or as a member of a team essential.

  • Basic knowledge of income/expense accounting
  • Computer skills must include proficiency in Microsoft office suite and social media platforms. Databases, Salesforce, InDesign, and QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Experience with web and mobile technologies; web content management; and e-mail marketing systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry is desirable.

Salary Range:

$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
