LEDA Virtual Job Fair

In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.





Position: Systems Analyst

•      Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to support their use and knowledge of the ERP system and troubleshoot user issues.
•      Write reports and support executive management to set up dash boards, etc.
•      Work with IQMS and IT consultant to apply patches or any updates required.
•      Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define existing business processes, requirements, and systems goals.
•      Performs analysis on which business processes should be improved and identify the processes that can be automated.
•      Create/outline the objectives, an implementation strategy, and timeline by which these improvements can be achieved.
•      Lead and deliver the business applications related projects and ensure clear communication on delivery dates and timelines.
•      Coordinates the successful rollout system changes not limited to communication, training, support, documentation
•      Analyze and review software capabilities.
•      Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
•      Pre-test the database by practicing in the TEST database to confirm all information is accurate and working correctly. Validate results.
•      Design and document new programs as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software.
•      Document the processes as policy, procedures, and business processes to be followed within the organization.
•      Evaluate and collaborate with outside vendors to scope, quote, develop, and implement solutions to our business requirements.
•      Fix integration errors between the applications
•      Performs general administration of the ERP system
•      Work with IT consultant to maintain security.
•      Support website applications and integration.
•      Develop reports and forms thru the Crystal reporting and SQL Queries
•      Develop role-based training documents and execute training to end users.
•      Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by management.
•      Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
•      Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
•      Problem solving

•      Networking knowledge

Qualifications:
•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or relevant business experience
•      At least FIVE years of experience as a business systems analyst or administrator in an manufacturing environment (ERP, MES) preferred
•      Track record of providing a high level of customer service to internal customers
•      Knowledge of ERP software solutions, Crystal reporting, Oracle database, SQL queries preferred.
•      Knowledge of IQMS a plus.
•      Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
•      Understanding of techniques and practices in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of network hardware, computer workstations, servers and software
•      Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
•      Excellent project delivery skills
•      Excellent written and oral communication skills
•      Excellent interpersonal skills
•      Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
•      Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
•      Highly self-motivated and directed
•      Keen attention to detail
•      Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
•      Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

•      US Citizenship is required.
•     Employee must sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement.
•      Exceptional computer software skills (MS Excel/Word/Outlook)
