Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with internal leaders to build talented teams of staff and leaders across Enquero. You will provide superior responsiveness to candidates and differentiated support to Enquero managers in a strategic, collaborative effort to develop and execute a best in class talent acquisition function. Specific responsibilities include:
Partnering with senior leaders across Enquero to understand business strategy and goals and forecast talent needs that inform Enquero’s talent acquisition strategy
Developing high-quality, diverse pipelines of candidates for immediate and future vacancies by leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, internet sourcing, referrals, and networking
Generating new approaches and strategies to identifying quality sources for top talent
Providing strategic counsel to hiring managers and teams on best practices in candidate profile development, interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates
Pre-screens resumes, conducts phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring leader on next steps.
Assists hiring managers with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers. Communicates with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating Enquero’s vision and job role to extending and negotiating offers.
Actively sources for passive talent.
Attends recruiting events to build company presence and pipelines.
Acts as a brand ambassador when representing WeWork and job opportunities in the external market place
Actively contributes to the performance and development of the Talent team and the HR team overall.
Minimum 7+ years of experience of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment supporting an array of business functions and levels required. Sales, Software Development, and Consulting Services recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Expertise in developing and executing sourcing, assessment and selection, and search management strategies.
Track-record of success for sourcing/placing high-quality candidates for traditionally hard-to-fill positions.
Knowledge and experience with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment and selection.
The ability to proactively identify challenges and actively work to find solutions
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and owning a high level of accountability for metrics and outcomes.
Extraordinary attention to detail
High level of business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to build and maintain relationships quickly, especially in a virtual work environment
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity
Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft products; Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Ability to occasionally travel to company events, meetings and represent in career fairs
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
