Job Summary: We are currently looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with experience in managing and maintaining computer systems, storage, servers, and networks. As an ideal candidate, you will work collaboratively with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on data security, backup, and disaster recovery protection. In addition, you will play a key role in facilitating future architecture planning and execution to scale our organization's vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's Datacenters Ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including network and server systems, by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and implementing improvements.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, including testing and maintenance of these systems.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to ensure the security of the company's data and systems, including antivirus and malware protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades, including patching and updates to software and hardware.
  • Implement and manage business continuity failover solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
  • Document system configurations and procedures and provide training to end-users on the use of various systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Salary Range: $65K to $105K DOE


Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or verified experience 10+ years of experience in systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of network and server systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and standards, including antivirus and malware protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other IT team members. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or VCP preferred.
