The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of part records and the associated maintenance of the data found within these records.
Key Responsibilities:
Create new records and the related data required for product
Respond to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute data
Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency
Maintain knowledge of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies
Process queries to validate accuracy of data entry
Update attribute data as a result of inaccuracies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests
Maintain extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, and PIM modules
Create and run data loads
Maintain extensive knowledge of Custom Item Search
Create and improve shopping experiences on the website
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities in managing time, work details, and workspace effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, Salesforce and PIM
